Inclusive Social Club for Youth & Adults

 
Jaguar Rose Social Club is an inclusive, person-centered social club for youth and adults designed to support each individual’s unique preferences, outcomes, and interests.

 We provide opportunities to build meaningful friendships, increase independence, and actively participate in the community through engaging, choice-driven experiences. All activities are developed using a person-centered approach that honors each participant’s voice, strengths, and desired outcomes.

Our program promotes community integration and social connection in alignment with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) requirements, ensuring participants have full access to community life, opportunities for independence, and inclusion alongside individuals without disabilities.

• Farmers markets  

• Community events and festivals  

• Pottery and creative arts  

• Crafting and hands-on activities

• Dance and Yoga

Through the powerful bond between peers and horses, participants are encouraged to build self-esteem, trust, communication skills, emotional regulation, confidence, joy, and community connection.

We welcome youth and adults of all experience levels and provide individualized support that honors each person’s unique journey. Our services are designed to align with HCBS principles by promoting community integration, personal choice, dignity, independence, and meaningful participation.

At Jaguar Rose Social Club, we focus on what is important to the participant, not just what is important for them. Participants are encouraged to express their preferences, goals, and dreams while building relationships and meaningful life experiences.

Our horseback riding experience may support goals related to community integration, social recreation, IPP and PCP goals, emotional wellness, confidence-building, peer relationships, and community participation.

We proudly accept: SDP, 459 Social Recreation, and private pay.
